Room Guidelines:

 

We hope you enjoy your stay here at our lodge. Here are a few guidelines to make yours and everyone else’s stay here a positive experience.

 

Check in:      3:00 pm

 

Check out:   11:00 am

 

Quiet time:   11:00 pm – 8:00 am

 

Please see an employee for soap or shampoo.

 

This is a smoke free facility – please respect the health of others – NO SMOKING!

 

If you are going to be away from your room for the day, please turn your heater down or off and the air conditioning up or off to help us save on our energy costs.

  *The rooms heat up and cool off quickly.

 

We do not prohibit alcoholic beverages in the lodge; however we will not tolerate drunken, rude behavior or fighting. Those who engage in this type of conduct will be asked to leave.

 

If you should cause damage or leave an unreasonable mess or vomit in your room and require more than the usual room cleaning, then you are responsible for the cost to clean the carpets and repairs.

 

Hotel guests are prohibited from entering restricted rooms and areas. These rooms are marked with employee only signs.

 

If you have children with you, they must be monitored by an adult at all times. No children allowed by the pond without adult supervision and absolutely no throwing of the rocks in the pond!

 

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 1/2 price for failure to comply. We prefer to be paid with a check or cash when possible but we do take credit cards.

Hotel Pet Policy

 

• There is an extra $10.00 fee for pets.

 

• Pets must not be left unattended for more than 1 hour.

 

• If you leave your room, pets must be contained in a pet crate.

 

• Dogs must be on a leash at all times!

 

• No dogs on the bed!

 

• Do NOT use room towels to clean your pet or its feet. (ask for a rag)

 

• If pets cause noise problems and cannot be quieted we will ask you to leave with the pet. Non – refundable room rate.

 

• If there is any damage to the room that is caused by your pet, you are responsible and your credit card will be billed accordingly.

 

• No Large Breed dogs allowed.

 

 

We, at the Soo Line Trail Hotel are pet lovers. However, we expect those whom we allow to bring their pets to be very responsible for them. Please respect the other guests and maintain control of your pets at all times.
